Clarkston Extension
This single-storey extension to semi-detached property also involved lowering the garden levels. The existing garden was on a fairly steep slope. The final works has a levelled patio and retaining walls.
Amanda was our architect for a rear single storey extension in Clarkston. As a novice to all things building, Amanda was very clear and knowledgeable from the first visit, helping to explain the process and getting initial quotes from builders to see if our project was feasible budget wise. Thankfully it was and we now have a great extra family space, and a new patio area/levelled out garden where there was once a hill.
